Arxada Earns Bronze Medal for Ecovadis Assessment

Basel, Switzerland—September 12, 2023—Arxada, a global, science-based leader in innovative specialty chemicals, today announced that it has been awarded a bronze medal for its 2023 Ecovadis assessment for achievements regarding sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CRS). This recognition highlights Arxada’s commitment to creating better science to solve the world’s toughest preservation challenges as well as a “people first” culture and work environment.

Ecovadis is an independent rating agency that assesses sustainability and CSR practices across a multitude of industries worldwide. Their evaluation process is comprehensive and examines four key areas including environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.  Arxada has earned a bronze medal rating, with a score of 55/100, placing Arxada in the 62^nd percentile. The strongest performance is in the environmental dimension with a score of 70/100. This result recognizes Arxada as a company with best-in-class greenhouse gas (GHG) management system and strong decarbonization ambition with approved science-based targets.
