Our team of experienced scientists, technicians and engineers use a range of leading edge equipment and technologies to help our treatment partners achieve the very best quality treatment results possible in a safe and responsible manner.

Key support services

Technical support

We partner with our customers to help ensure that their treated timbers are suitable for end-use application, helping protect their long-term reputation and avoid potential costly customer claims. Our specialist technical team analyse customer solutions and treated timber samples.
Field technical support is also provided where required, to assess how changes at the plant would result in treatment optimisation. We also provide assistance with the interpretation of technical and regulatory information.
