Plant performance assessments
Our in-house team can help optimise efficiency of your treatment plant operations through conducting on-site assessments. These plant performance assessments include the following activities:
Measure key plant parameters, such as vacuum time, pressure time, empty time.
Checking that loadings being achieved are appropriate to end use and market requirements.
Provides opportunity to discuss and tailor specific training needs of key members of treatment plant team.
Essential maintenance checks are carried out and future maintenance schedules and check sheets for the operators are provided.
Based on the site audits, our Engineering team may look to arrange for key spares to be placed on stock to ensure any plant down-time is minimised.
Guidance for achievements of SANS standards is provided.
